Travel To Kalkan
The normal changeover day for the Mina penthouse apartment during the main holiday season is Saturday but any day will be considered.
Please do not book flights until you have received verbal and email confirmation that the Mina apartment is available and has been reserved for you.

Airports
Flights from the UK to Dalaman airport Turkey take approximately 4 hours.
Dalaman (airport code DLM) is the closest airport to Kalkan. A new international terminal building is now open.
The journey time from Dalaman to Kalkan is approximately 1hour 45 minutes.
Antalya (airport code AYT) is approximately 3 hours by car.
Your passport is all you need as the Turkish border force computer system will record your date of entry into the country and date of exit.
Your passport will be date stamped on entry.
You may spend 90 days out of 180 days in Turkey as a visitor.
You must have a minimum of 60 days unexpired on your passport at the date 180 days after you enter Turkey.

Airport Transfers
Transfers to and from Kalkan direct to the Emir apartments can be arranged for you through Kalkan Sun Travel.
A driver will meet you at Dalaman or Antalya airport and drive you to the Mina apartment either by private air-conditioned taxi or mini bus depending on the numbers travelling in your party. The journey takes approximately one hour forty five minutes.
The cost from Dalaman is approximately £60 each way for a private taxi with up to three people and £80 each way for a mini bus for a party of up to 7. Taxi and Mini bus transfers are payable directly by you to the taxi company. They accept payment in Pounds Sterling, Turkish Lire or major Credit Cards. Prices are subject to change.

Location
The Emir apartments are located only a short walk to the centre of the village with its excellent restaurants and harbour.
There is no need for a Taxi as the Emir apartments are in one of the best locations in Kalkan.
